Replace your cooking oil with olive oil if you haven't done so already. Start eating lots of fresh fruits and boiled fresh veggies for breakfast and lunch. Fresh fruits are not only good in taste, but they are also good sources of natural sugars and vitamins and minerals. Fresh veggies similarly are great sources of minerals that the body needs for proper functioning. Replace your chicken wings with lean chicken of fish which are good sources of protein and barely contain any fats. Eat a lot of pulses and sprouts to repair your body's muscles and tissues which might get damaged during workout. The more protein you eat, the faster that they will heal.
